Introduction |
This aims to equip participants with first-hand knowledge and information in daily situations that legal implications may arise and avoiding pitfalls that may flow from the criminal nature of one's daily activities. Those who attend this course will be able to acquire a greater understanding of the structure of the criminal justice system in Hong Kong. This course focuses on examining the most popular criminal offences in Hong Kong in a litigation perspective. Hence, after completing this course, participants are capable of handling a simple criminal case in a layman's aspect. |
